“Had a 5/5 stay until the last day. I left Two jackets behind. When I called and spoke with manager, there was a lot of back and forth, with some belittling from him; he swore there were no items in the room and insisted I do not drive back from the airport to look for the items. He could not even give me specifics on the process for the hotel mailing the items to me (if found later). I told Him I was coming regardless. “Sophie was outstanding!!!! The room she gave us was simply perfect. Loved the decor. Pinball downstairs was so fun. The breakfast basket every morning started my day with the biggest smile.
