“The property itself and the condo were nice! The bed was super uncomfortable and should have more than two pillows per person and the water filter needs changed in the refrigerator! Staff wasn’t accommodating. We got there early and asked to check in early we have an 8 month old and they said they let us know when it was ready via text and we received nothing.”

“The hotel is very nice and the staff is great, corner room had large windows which were nice I guess, except that at night in the city it is very loud in the room. Any car that drives by and the noise just bounces between the buildings and and it's fairly loud in the room.”

“Coffee isn't readily available in the lobby - just in the morning. I like coffee at other times of the day, too. The coffee makers in the rooms....I don't trust those in any hotel. I had to wait 10 minutes to check out. The clerk was being overly helpful to a lady inquiring about local breakfast venues. That was nice of him, but she could have googled on her phone. Small things, but a good stay overall.”
