“We enjoyed our stay. Room rates were reasonable and staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was top notch. No complaints. We'll stay here again.”

“The shower pressure was great, & I'm glad there was some breakfast & a store to buy snacks/drinks/items. However, the road noise was loud all night, the bed wasn't comfortable to sleep in (too soft & sunk in), & the pillows were too squishy.”

“These are individually owned apartments managed by Lantern Lodge and they are spacious with full kitchens, fireplaces, and jacuzzi tubs and walk-in showers. Although they are 30 years old they are well maintained, clean and comfortable. Very good location near downtown and Biltmore Village area.”

“We had a wonderful stay at the Arras, A beautiful hotel, especially, the room and service were top-notch.”

“This is a nice hotel conveniently located in downtown Asheville. The staff was friendly. I found the layout of the room to be somewhat awkward. The closet was placed facing and about a foot from the end of the dresser, making it difficult to get into. In addition, the easy chair was placed right in front of the HVAC unit. “Hotel was very clean. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Loved our stay.”

“Luxury hotel but informal and easy . A touch of the old Europe in USA.”

“The Airstream Campers were awesome! I also appreciate having a charging station for my EV car! We ate at the site a few times, and it was a nice option. Their coffee is fantastic, and great way to start the day!”

“All good experience!”

“Perfect”

“Friendly staff and great location.”

“The property was originally a department store. When we exited the elevator, voice said “ second floor, men’s ware.” Rooms are spacious , we had access to a lobby on the 2nd floor, staff and valet parking much appreciated. Better yet, the hotel is in the heart of the city, food, music, art . Wish we stayed longer.”
